Access the Full Scope of Gastrointestinal Screenings
Regular preventive screenings for digestive health disorders can help you stay healthy and whole. We use them to identify conditions early on and pinpoint the location and nature of what’s happening in your digestive tract. If you’re over 45 or have risk factors like a family history of colon cancer, we recommend regular colonoscopy screenings.
-
Colonoscopy
An outpatient screening for colon cancer that uses a colonoscope connected a video camera that allows doctors to see the lining of the entire colon.
-
Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)
A procedure done to diagnose and treat problems in the esophagus, stomach and duodenum (the first part of the small intestine).
-
Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
Detects biliary obstruction from stones, tumors, strictures or injuries by visualizing the common bile duct, the pancreatic duct and the hepatic ducts.
-
Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS)
Combines the endoscopy with ultrasound, using an endoscope to access to the interior GI tract and ultrasound to create images of masses inside on either side of the GI tract wall.
-
Esophageal motility studies
A test that assesses the motor function of the upper esophageal sphincter, esophageal body and lower esophageal sphincter.
-
Esophageal pH assessment
A test that measures the amount of acid refluxing or backing up into the esophagus to determine if the medications being used to prevent acid reflux are effective.
-
Pharyngeal pH assessment
A test that screens for stomach acid in the throat or pharynx, which could be causing heartburn, cough, sore throat, clearing or voice changes.
-
Videoesophagram
A screening that allows your doctor to view and take pictures of the anatomy of your pharynx, esophagus and stomach.
Minimally Invasive Treatments, Faster Recoveries

-
Colorectal cancer surgery
The removal of polyps in the colon using a colonoscopy procedure.

A less-painful way of treating hemorrhoids that uses ultrasound imaging to locate arteries supplying blood to hemorrhoids.
-
Gallbladder surgery
Also called cholecystectomy, a surgical procedure that removes a diseased gallbladder.
-
Hernia surgery
A way to repair hernias in the abdominal cavity.
-
Laparo-endoscopic single site (LESS) surgery
An innovative method that uses a single, small incision in the skin to remove an organ.
